The following information outlines the terms and conditions under which Siddhi Enterprises supplies its products and services. By purchasing any goods or services from us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations when dealing with Siddhi Enterprises.
Terms and Conditions
The Order Process
You send us the details of the wallpaper, flooring, blinds, or other home décor products you wish to order, along with your specific requirements such as dimensions, colors, or customization.
Upon receiving your order, we will share a proof image and a detailed quote, including the total cost, via email or WhatsApp. We aim to respond to all orders within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Payment
We accept various payment methods including Credit and Debit Cards, digital wallets, net banking, and UPI for your convenience.
Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your order or request within 2 hours of payment, provided the production or customization work has not yet started as per the contract.
Please note that customized products (such as custom-sized murals or designs) are non-refundable. Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced by Siddhi Enterprises.
Production and Delivery
We strive to deliver full orders promptly. Our estimated delivery timelines are approximate, and delivery may take up to 30 days from the start of the contract (post payment). Delays caused by third-party couriers or postal services are beyond our control. All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please report any damages upon delivery and sign accordingly.
If a package is not received within 28 days post shipment, refunds will not be processed until this period has elapsed.
Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes levied at the destination country’s entry point.
Quality of Goods
Inspect all products prior to installation. Report any defects to Siddhi Enterprises before installation, as claims after installation will not be accepted.
We do not provide installation services but can connect you to trusted local installers in select cities on a paid basis. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor wall preparation, use of chemicals, seepage, or external factors.
Color variations between on-screen proofs and physical products may occur due to monitor calibration. Where color matching is critical, we recommend ordering a printed sample prior to purchase to ensure satisfaction.
